Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which Africa Productions provides services. Specific projects are governed by the quote or agreement issued for that project; where the two differ, the project agreement applies.

Quotes are itemised and valid for the period stated on them. Work begins on written acceptance of a quote. Changes in scope are agreed and priced before additional work is done — we don't do surprise invoices.

Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are stated on each quote. Equipment orders may require payment before procurement. Late payment may pause work or support until the account is settled.

Website content, including text and imagery, belongs to Africa Productions or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

For production work, ownership and usage rights of delivered media are defined in the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.

Installed equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is guaranteed as stated on the project quote. Support agreements define response times and what they cover.

We carry out our work with professional care. To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any claim related to this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
