Almost always. We audit what you have before recommending anything new, and our designs reuse existing equipment wherever it genuinely serves the system. We'd rather redeploy a good console than sell you a new one.

For installations, we start with a site visit and a conversation about how the room is actually used, then produce a specified, itemised quote — no allowances for mystery labour. For productions, we quote per project or per episode with everything included. Fixed price means fixed price.

Yes, and we encourage it. Most installations include a support period, and we offer maintenance agreements with scheduled visits, remote monitoring, and priority response. Systems that get maintained keep working; systems that don't, don't.

Every installation includes operator training, and we build systems specifically so that non-specialists can run them. For churches, we run volunteer training evenings and leave printed quick-reference guides at each position.

Yes. We're based in Cape Town and work across the Western Cape as standard. For installations and multi-day productions, we regularly work throughout South Africa — travel is simply itemised on the quote.

Usually, yes — and usually the problem is the network, not the streaming gear. We diagnose the full chain from camera to platform, including bandwidth, encoding, and network configuration. It's one of the most common problems we're called in for.

For conferences and large events, six to twelve weeks lets us plan properly. For smaller shoots and podcasts, two to three weeks is usually enough. If it's urgent, ask anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

Both. A single-microphone podcast setup and a full auditorium redesign get the same attention. Small jobs done well tend to become long relationships, and long relationships are our whole business model.
